EVIL al-Qaeda chiefs are raping young male converts to shame them into becoming suicide bombers, it emerged yesterday.

The intense social stigma and fear of more gay sex attacks leaves Muslims prepared to die.
The warped new tactic was revealed by a reformed Algerian militant. Abu Baçir El Assimi said: “The sexual act on young recruits aged between 16 to 19 was a means to urge them to commit suicide operations.”
A 22-year-old had suffered sexual injuries before being shot dead on a suicide mission in Tademaït, Algeria, three weeks ago. Samples taken from his body are being analysed in a bid to identify his torturer.
And the US military discovered two years ago that al-Qaeda were dishonouring women in Iraq to turn them into suicide bombers. A terror leader would marry, then let another man rape his wife.
It was also revealed yesterday how a 51-year-old woman militant had recruited more than 80 women as suicide bombers.
Samira Jassim, who calls herself “the mother of believers”, targeted the weak and troubled. Arrested after a tip-off, she admitted orchestrating 28 successful bombings.
Experts believe al-Qaeda’s sick tactics may be a sign of desperation. One said: “Perhaps they are running short of potential martyrs.”

CHANGE WE CANNOT BELIEVE IN
The War in Iraq/Trashcanistan has been officially changed from a military action to a Political battle.
This was on display when the Coward in Chief caved to appease his peaceniks going back to the 16 month cut & run.
Add to that his closing Gitmo w/no plan for the prisoners, then changing the name from WOT to The Challenge and you have Vietnam II.
Lyndon Baines Obama has taken this war out of the hands of the military and turned it over to the political hacks.
How long before Generals Hussain and Biden/Pelosi are poring over maps planning bombing runs in Iraq and Kabul. Like all good Central Planners he is going to have to control the military to minimize political damage and military effectiveness.
Never mind he has no idea how to fight a war, he has an Ivy League degree. We will see the body counts go up as the victories go down till his sinking quagmire looks for Peace w/Dishonor.
Like all good comrades he is willing to sacrifice his troops to prove that this war is still loseable.
We are no longer fighting terrorism w/our Troops and Military but w/the Lawyers and Briefs at the DOJ. This is now a Class Action suit, the American People vs Terror Inc.
He has turned us from a pro-active position against terrorists to the wait till we’re hit approach.
Our Intelligence Community will again be handcuffed to give the terrorists every freedom to attack. Just like under the clinton regime, after we are bombed we will hunt down the terrorists no matter where they hide.

We will make sure that the “freedom fighters” attempting to kill us have more rights than our citizens and will be protected right up to the bombing.

General Hussain has said he is going to pull our troops out of Iraq and redeploy them in Trashcansitan. Biden has been telling how bad the situation in Trashcan is, even though there is no real evidence of dire conditions.
The problem w/Trashcan is the altitude as well as the remoteness of the terrain. Moving from Iraq to Afghanistan is like changing from Palm Springs to the Rocky Mountains.
Much of the Country is above 6,000 ft with some of the AQ areas being over 12,000'. It is like fighting a war in the highest, most remote areas of the Rockies against locals that know every nook and cranny.
To fight in these areas you need special troops who have mountain training. The 10th Mountain is about the only one trained now.
You need to adapt to those heights both physically and technically.
Carrying gear in the thin air is physically demanding that requires elite cardio. Add to that a completely different culture to adapt to, takes time.
Helicopters and planes don’t operate as well and tanks are pretty much useless in the mountain passes. So you really can’t pull the troops out w/o a year retraining which is what the Pentagon/Petreus was likely planning.
Course Gen. Obama needs to go to Afghanistan to get Bin Laden immediately so our troops won’t be properly equipped.
Now that he is fighting a political war we will see him bend whichever way the winds are blowing.
Every decision will be made on a political basis from now on. When will the body count begin to reach his halo?
How long before the anti-war crowd begins burning him in effigy? When that happens will he have the stomach to carry through with fighting AQ and the Taliban?
How long before we desert the people of both Iraq and Afghanistan.
He is about to fight this war under Central Command requiring the most extreme rules of engagement before our troops can shoot back. He is about to repeat the same mistake that Russia made as well as LBJ.
Fighting wars from the WH/Kremlin has always been doomed to failure and this one is no different. GW learned the mistakes of Nam and vowed not to repeat those mistakes, Lyndon Baines Obama will.

President Obama will make a glorious speech about the need to be calm and that those involved will be punished. Nothing of course will be done and he will receive the accolades from PravdABDNC for being level headed and not a Cowboy.
Behind closed doors they will console each other that an attack every now and then is the price that will be paid for Peace. American deaths will be the price that’s paid to keep him walking on water.

SICK, GARY SICK! COMMENT FROM A LONDONER
Gary Sick is Adjunct Professor of International Affairs and Acting Director of the Middle East Institute at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University. He is an Emeritus board member of Human Rights Watch.Gary Sick's special subject is Iran and the Middle East.
Earlier today, I was listening to Mr. Meybodi's televised program on Pars TV. In it he spoke of Gary Sick's continued attempts to protect & prolong the life of the Mullah's regime in Iran.
(ALAN NOTE: Pars TV has repeatedly provided a forum for the Mullahs, through their paid shills, including a former, totally inept former Air Force (non-flight, administrative) Brigadier, to denigrate, bad mouth and demean former officers of the late-Shah who might be called on to take charge when the Mullahs are overthrown. This TV station is reportedly generally considered to be in the pay of the Mullahs and allows other cashiered officers to denigrate the former regime and weaken efforts to destabilize the Mullah regime).
Gary Sick was a senior official of the National Security Council in the Carter administration. Even well before Carter was elected as US President, he has been instrumental in the plot to destabilise
and overthrow the legitimate Pahlavi regime in Iran in 1979.

I called his office at Columbia University where by chance he picked up the phone. I introduced myself and politely asked him why he constantly ignores the Mullah's atrocities while he systematically accused the previous regime of wrong doings?
The only reply I had from this profit-soar villain before he terminated my call was in two short word: "FUCK OFF"!
I did not want to let him to end the call in that way. I was not rude at him & his manor was not one would expect from an academic. So I called him back and in three voice messages I gave him the piece of my mind.
I have his number as well as his E-mail address for anyone who want
to confront this merciless thug. Gary Sick and his co-conspirators need to be reminded that because of what they did, over one million have lost life. Over 7 million became refugees all over the world. Many thousands were tortured and executed.
Because of him and Jimmy Carter we had the September the 11th attack and experience the rise of the Islamo-fascism worldwide.
He needs to be reminded that he is a criminal with blood on his
hands and he belongs to jail.

EU SAYING WHAT OBAMA SHOULD
The fact that it is so daring and noteworthy simply to state the obvious says a great deal about the present situation.
"Top EU official: Hamas fully responsible for Gaza war," from the Associated Press and Jerusalem Post, January 26:
Hamas bears full responsibility for the war in Gaza, a top EU official said Monday in the Strip, calling the group "a terrorist movement."
"At this time we have to also recall the overwhelming responsibility of Hamas," Louis Michel, European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid, told reporters.
"I intentionally say this here - Hamas is a terrorist movement and it has to be denounced as such," Michel said as he visited the town of Jabalya in northern Gaza.
"Public opinion is fed up to see that we are paying over and over again - be it the [European] commission, the member states or the major donors - for infrastructure that will be systematically destroyed," he said.
Reuters quoted the EU official as saying that the Islamic group had used civilians as "human shields" by placing operatives in residential areas, and said that the years of terrorist rocket-fire on southern Israel served as a "provocation."
The report also quoted Michel as saying that, "When you kill innocents, it is not resistance. It is terrorism."
A Hamas official, Mushir al-Masri, was quoted by (Mullah) Reuters as saying his group was "shocked" at Michel's comments. He lambasted the official for "giving cover to massacres and terrorism committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people…
Palestinian resistance is as legitimate as the resistance of European countries that fought against foreign occupiers."
Michel announced €58 million ($74 million) in emergency aid Monday for Palestinians.
Around €32 million ($41.7 million) of the aid package will go to alleviate immediate needs in Gaza such as shortages in drinking water, food and medical supplies.
Another €20 million ($26 million) will go to projects in the West Bank, the remaining €6 million ($7.8 million) to Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon.

This information alone we hope will peak your interest in wanting to store food and other supplies now while they are still available. Being prepared to be self-sufficient in these days just makes good sense.
As the system unravels, it will get worse and worse.
While we share the enthusiasm and hope that the new administration brings, we sincerely want to see it work for the betterment of all of us not just another round of the rich get richer the rest get the bill! ( we could go on days here, however) our part is to still look at the reality of the situation and be ready forwhat ever may happen.
There are many things already set in motion that will not change. This is the main reason for us wanting to be prepared.
Others things, we will do our best to help change.

1. The BDI measures the Baltic Exchange; a market index that calculates the price of a ship lease... for the buying and selling of time charters of ships.
If I need a ship, I lease one from a shipbroker and the ship broker reports the terms of my leaseie: price, size of ship, lease period etc... to the Baltic Exchange and they record the price.
Wall Street speculators entered the market and started buying up time charters. There were no speculative sellers, only buyers. Thus, this inequality between buyers and sellers in an especially illiquid, hitherto "commercial player only" distorted prices.
When the speculative bull decided to cash out of the market, the marketcollapsed.
In COMEX, you have commercial and speculative buyers and sellers and a highly liquid market.The Baltic Exchange wasn't historically a speculative market. When speculators finally exited, the BDI crashed.
2. Letters of Credit Explained.
There are many types. Only one matters to the current crisis:
International.
Letters of Credit are financial instruments which guarantee payment before delivery.
Example: I'm not shipping copper without a letter. I might not get paid on delivery. Your court system may not honor my just argument when I go to sue. Thus, I need a guarantee before delivery.
Banks used to trust each other, now they don't...Why not? Off balance sheet accounting.
Commercial buyers and sellers are no different. The letter of credit is the Achilles heel of the global economy. Without it nothing moves. The BDI gauges economic activity. The dishonoring of that document known as the letter of credit, gauges the lack of trust.
The issue, as Rick Santelli points out, is fundamentally one of trust. Until we have trust we will not have an economic recovery. We can have an inflationary recovery, where the general distrust of is outweighed by the fear of holding currency which is rapidly losing purchasing power/value.
ie: "I'm afraid to hold cash and my fear overwhelms my fear of my counterparty so I'm compelled to put it back into a market that I don't trust" is the only rationale which currently exists to force bullish speculation in the market.
And this rationale isn't tenable until the Fed starts honestly, diligently...throwing money out of helicopters. And they have to throw it faster than the banks can pick it up. They must either debase the currency until people panic or prosecute the liars. One or the other.

The decline in shipping indicates that there will be no relief to the economy. If producers are not shipping it is because demand is falling

Railroads will be beneficiaries from rising energy costs, especially oil. I think this sector of the economy will be an early warning indicator of the recovery. Businesses will seek lower costs. Shipping is highly competitive for transportation in between large cities. It is more cost-effective than trucks.
There is no indication of any recovery yet. The decline is sharp. The quest for a stock market bottom is a full-time job these days. Until rail shipments increase, do not believe in the bottom for the economy.
Railcar suppliers that hobbled through a tough 2008 are bracing for a much worse 2009, with forecasters warning of the worst demand levels since the1980s. Equipment leasing giants and shippers are idling hundreds of thousands of railcars, pushing back on new car prices and wondering if theystill need cars they ordered earlier.
Even the largest railroads are starting to feel the pain, as the collapsing freight sector curbs profits even as carriers lay up locomotives to shrink capacity and furlough workers to cut operating costs. December was the worst month yet in this downturn for rail traffic, with volume tumbling even faster at a time many analysts had hoped the slide would ease.
So far, January has signaled more wreckage to come.

1. The BDI measures the Baltic Exchange; a market index that calculates the price of a ship lease... for the buying and selling of time charters of ships.
If I need a ship, I lease one from a shipbroker and the ship broker reports the terms of my leaseie: price, size of ship, lease period etc... to the Baltic Exchange and they record the price.
Wall Street speculators entered the market and started buying up time charters. There were no speculative sellers, only buyers. Thus, this inequality between buyers and sellers in an especially illiquid, hitherto "commercial player only" distorted prices.
When the speculative bull decided to cash out of the market, the marketcollapsed.
In COMEX, you have commercial and speculative buyers and sellers and a highly liquid market.The Baltic Exchange wasn't historically a speculative market. When speculators finally exited, the BDI crashed.
2. Letters of Credit Explained.
There are many types. Only one matters to the current crisis:
International.
Letters of Credit are financial instruments which guarantee payment before delivery.
Example: I'm not shipping copper without a letter. I might not get paid on delivery. Your court system may not honor my just argument when I go to sue. Thus, I need a guarantee before delivery.
Banks used to trust each other, now they don't...Why not? Off balance sheet accounting.
Commercial buyers and sellers are no different. The letter of credit is the Achilles heel of the global economy. Without it nothing moves. The BDI gauges economic activity. The dishonoring of that document known as the letter of credit, gauges the lack of trust.
The issue, as Rick Santelli points out, is fundamentally one of trust. Until we have trust we will not have an economic recovery. We can have an inflationary recovery, where the general distrust of is outweighed by the fear of holding currency which is rapidly losing purchasing power/value.
ie: "I'm afraid to hold cash and my fear overwhelms my fear of my counterparty so I'm compelled to put it back into a market that I don't trust" is the only rationale which currently exists to force bullish speculation in the market.
And this rationale isn't tenable until the Fed starts honestly, diligently...throwing money out of helicopters. And they have to throw it faster than the banks can pick it up. They must either debase the currency until people panic or prosecute the liars. One or the other.

Railroads will be beneficiaries from rising energy costs, especially oil. I think this sector of the economy will be an early warning indicator of the recovery. Businesses will seek lower costs. Shipping is highly competitive for transportation in between large cities. It is more cost-effective than trucks.
There is no indication of any recovery yet. The decline is sharp. The quest for a stock market bottom is a full-time job these days. Until rail shipments increase, do not believe in the bottom for the economy.
Railcar suppliers that hobbled through a tough 2008 are bracing for a much worse 2009, with forecasters warning of the worst demand levels since the1980s. Equipment leasing giants and shippers are idling hundreds of thousands of railcars, pushing back on new car prices and wondering if theystill need cars they ordered earlier.
Even the largest railroads are starting to feel the pain, as the collapsing freight sector curbs profits even as carriers lay up locomotives to shrink capacity and furlough workers to cut operating costs. December was the worst month yet in this downturn for rail traffic, with volume tumbling even faster at a time many analysts had hoped the slide would ease.
So far, January has signaled more wreckage to come.

Islamofascism: A threat to basic freedom has opened a new front in the war on terror.
Dutch filmmaker and politician Geert Wilders is finding out what it means to yell "truth!" in a crowded theater.
Wilders is a leader in the Dutch Freedom Party and a thorn in the side of politically correct Europeans who've been cowered by their increasing Muslim populations into accepting the creeping Islamicization of Europe — or Eurabia, as we and others have dubbed it.
In March 2008, Wilders posted "Fitna," a film about the Koran, on the Internet. It equates Islam with violence and the Koran with Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf," at least in its advocacy of obscene violence against humanity and as a blueprint of things to come.
The opening scenes of "Fitna," a Koranic term sometimes translated as "strife," shows a copy of the Koran followed by footage of the attacks on the U.S. on 9-11, then London in July 2005 and then Madrid in March 2004. Subtle he is not. But neither is he a criminal.
It did not help that Wilders included in the film a scene showing Muslim protesters holding signs reading "God Bless Hitler." This would tend to lend credence to Wilders' thesis. Mention of Hitler and Nazism in any context is still a touchy subject in Europe to this day, as is criticism of anything Muslim.
On Wednesday the Dutch Court of Appeals ordered a criminal prosecution of Wilders, who is also a member of the Dutch parliament. "The Amsterdam appeals court has ordered the prosecution of member of parliament Geert Wilders for inciting hatred and discrimination, based on comments by him in various media on Muslims and their beliefs," the court said in a statement.
As his film shows, this largely amounts to quoting the Koran accurately and reporting the statements of Muslim organizations and their supporters, many of which can't be repeated here.
Wilders is in fact guilty of nothing but resisting the Islamicization of Europe and the attempt to impose Sharia law on the West. Suppressing all criticism of and debate about Islam is part of that move. Free speech and Sharia law are incompatible.
Columnist Mark Steyn felt Wilders' pain in 2008, when he went on trial in Canada for "Islamophobia." As in Wilders' case, this consisted largely of quoting Muslim speakers verbatim and then drawing obvious conclusions. Steyn ultimately prevailed, without civil libertarians warning of any "chilling effect" on public discourse.
Leading this charge to eviscerate freedom of speech in the West is a group called the Organization of the Islamic Conference, composed of Muslim governments in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and around the globe. Its stated mission is "defending the image of Islam, and combating the phenomenon of Islamophobia." In practice, this means using our freedoms to end them.
Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, secretary general of the OIC, says the group has already targeted the United States. "We have established an OIC group in Washington, D.C.," he announced recently, "with the aim of playing a more active role in engaging American lawmakers." Prosecution of American politicians and opinion-makers may not be far off.
Ihsanoglu also gave us a warning: "In confronting the Danish cartoons and the Dutch film 'Fitna,' " he said, "we sent a clear message to the West regarding the red lines that should not be crossed."
We are reminded of Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh, great-great-grandson of the famous artist, who crossed that "red line" and paid for it with his life in 2004. He was shot and his throat slit on an Amsterdam street after making the film "Submission," which criticized the Islamic world for its harsh treatment of women as exhibited in the Taliban's reign of terror in Afghanistan. Was his film hate speech or merely a documentary of Muslim intolerance?
Islamofascists know that free speech is the linchpin of Western democracy. We need people like Wilders, van Gogh and Steyn, who dare to exercise that right in the face of such threats. We need to know the truth, for that's what shall keep us free.

In an unusual last-minute act before the new administration takes over the reins, acting Treasury Secretary Stuart A. Levy’s former office issued a stunning report on Friday, laying out long-standing ties between Iran and the top leadership of al-Qaida.
As undersecretary for terrorism and financial intelligence since that job was created in July 2004, Levy spearheaded the Treasury Department’s efforts to take the war on international terrorists to the financial battlefield, by denying individual terrorists and terrorist-support states such as Iran access to international financial markets.
Less known, until last Friday, was Levy’s involvement in tracking down fugitive al-Qaida members who have taken up residence in Iran since they fled Afghanistan with Iranian government help after 9/11.
Levy’s office revealed stunning new evidence of the close operational ties between the Iranian regime and al-Qaida when it designated four top al-Qaida officials as “international terrorists” under the terms of Executive Order 13224.Read the full story
